Final Assignment
For my final website, my goal was to create a clean, professional digital portfolio that showcases my woodworking, design projects, and other media in a cohesive way. Some aspects that I changed from the first assignment was the color pallet as well as the navigation for the site. I believe these changes made the website more professional. I also adjusted a few layout things as well as changed the fonts. I approached the site as both a functional tool and a creative extension of my work, focusing on clear navigation, consistent layout, and visual clarity. Each section, whether it highlights my handmade boards, furniture builds, or university woodshop opportunities, was organized to reflect my process, craftsmanship, and growth as an artist and maker. Building the site from scratch allowed me to practice foundational html and css skills, solve layout challenges, and design responsive pages using only the techniques learned in class. This project represents the merging of my physical craftsmanship with digital presentation, creating a space that not only documents my work but communicates my brand as a designer, builder, and creative thinker.
